Nomad Budget is built so your spending stays yours. This page explains what we collect and why.
The app
- Your trips, budgets and expenses are stored on your device. Unless you sign in, we don’t receive them.
- The app downloads exchange rates from our server (api.nomadbudget.com). Those requests don’t include your expenses or any account information.
- We don’t sell data, and the app has no advertising trackers.
If you sign in
- Signing in is optional. If you do, we store your email address and a copy of your trips and expenses on our servers so they’re backed up and available on your other devices.
- Sign-in codes are sent by email through our email provider. We don’t use your email for marketing.
- Deleting your account in the app removes your account and synced data from our servers. Data already on your devices stays there.
This website
Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and debugging.
